SHIPPING METHOD, SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES

 

All custom-made items will ship on the estimated date noted on the product description page. The items will ship through Express once they become available.

Once your item(s) have been shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include a link to track your order through the carrier.

Customs duties and taxes for Hong Kong

There are no customs duties and taxes for Hong Kong. 

 

Customs duties and taxes for international shipping

We ship to your destination on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that the prices displayed on site are exclusive of all taxes and duties. When your order arrives at Customs, you are responsible for paying all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes.
